The tortured vocals and threatening mood remind me of Wormphlegm. The keys have some similarity to the undergrave experience. Rarely used clear female vocals increase the creepiness even more. The last track is nightmare fuel. Outstanding.

From the deepest depths of the grave. If you like easy stuff go away from this masterpiece.
Favorite track: III - Incubation: The Feast of the Flies.
PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it.
That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten
Buzzing swarms of cheerless, blackened, fuzzed-out atmospheric ambience. Funeral doom if it was reinterpreted by Stars of the Lid. This is a morose masterpiece swarming with thick blankets of melancholy beauty and majestic seance-like guitar squalls. I also like the other reviews that made art gallery associations, which, by dint of suggestion, resonated with my own listening experience. Highly recommended! brantly
A blackened doom concept record about the very real problem of amphibian extinction, “Croak” is a punishing, essential listen. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 23, 2022
Mizmor is one of my favorite bands. So versatile and dynamic and best artist to create vast variety of tangible atmospheres. Yodh is a bountiful album that sails the ocean of sore emotions arousing psyche's hidden parts. Perfect unholy marriage of mystic, brittle acoustics and limbo-quaking heaviness. 𝙅𝙤𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙡
