I'm not dead... i just was sleeping
Waiting in my cold bed... Opening this black curtains
Throught the black corridor... Feeling me empty
We're all trapped in woe... Lost in the shadows
No one can see... No one can exist
Only dead emotions... Are in our beings
And you... You will become us
Envy us... Feel us
You will not exist anymore
I'll recibe you here... In this black corridor
Where we will stay... In our eternal sleep...

Slowly drills it's way through my cerebral cortex and spawns a swarm of blank weird dulcet roots in somewhere deep. This is perfect song to die to. 𝙅𝙤𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙡

The sound is cold and suffocating, but contained. And yet I feel it in my bones when I listen to it. The riffs don't sound as massive as they are, but they feel that massive. Each hit of the percussion contains more than can be heard. It's more gigantic than meets the eye.

A blackened doom concept record about the very real problem of amphibian extinction, “Croak” is a punishing, essential listen. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 23, 2022

Sometimes I buy stuff after a very short listen deciding I like it. Somehow this has not steered me wrong yet. It does give me many excited moments of “wow this is even cooler than I thought!” This has all the weight, depth and darkness I could hope for. At moments reminds me of a band I loved who is no longer together, but Andvaka brings more into it. sageraven71
